Navy veteran P.K. O'Dell, aka "Austin Chambers", spends his days concocting ways to drive his kids and grandkids crazy with new and untested “dad jokes.” He’s the author of several book series that blend post-apocalyptic and military thriller genres, including the Cascadia Fallen, Blades of Grass series, and Echoes of the Just (coming very soon from Aethon Books!)

The former DOD Shipyard manager and his family live near the Hood Canal of Western Washington, but he not-so-secretly longs for the day his wife relents and agrees to move somewhere with warmer, sunnier days. He did, after all, grow up in Austin! <Hook 'em Horns!> When he’s not pounding out words and learning the business side of being an author, he tends to the chickens, watches Combat Kitty kill mice and baby wild rabbits, and pretends to do chores 🤣 

In 2025, he will wrap up the Blades of Grass series and begin to write mystery-thrillers under his real name.
