If ordering multiple products: I send the autographed paperbacks from home via media mail. Merchandise ships from a variety of warehouses. It is likely they will arrive on different days.

Returns: Merchandise prints within minutes of you placing an order. Choose your sizes and colors wisely! I can't refund items because you chose incorrectly.

My fulfillment service sends emails about your order, and in those is a link and process to report damaged or erroneous merchandise. If that process fails, please email me at pk@pkodell.com
